We are pleased to announce that the Standing Committee of Analysts (SCA) has been officially recognised as a registered charitable organisation.
The SCA, which has been at the forefront of providing authoritative guidance on methods of sampling and analysis for waters, effluents, sewage sludges, and biota. Our primary duty remains the same – developing and publishing recommended analytical methods to ensure regulatory compliance, best practices, and the highest standards within the United Kingdom (UK).
As a charity, the SCA aims to continue to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation in the field of environmental analysis and provide free access to historical and new publications to all who need them.
